Magnificare has been a blessing for our family. We were nervous about the prospect of our Dad needing round the clock care but Ryan and his employees have made the process so smooth. February 18, 2023We used Magnificare for my Dad. For a terrible situation we felt very relieved and comfortable with having them there. The caregivers were professional and very caring. It’s difficult to bring someone into your home but we trusted them. Ryan was great and having a schedule with times and who was coming was extremely helpful. They always came on time. There was an unexpected time we needed unscheduled help. Ryan showed up and even cooked for my Mom & Dad. Giving my Mom a well needed break. I would use Magnificare and definitely recommend them. Honesty and transparent on patient's conditions before assignments, it's important so caregivers can properly prepare mentally/physically. The team relays effective communication , considerate, supportive and able to address concerns that may arise. Team always emphasizes quality of patient care and to follow ethical standards and be professional. Magnificare, LLC is constantly assessing their care plans to fit the client's changing needs and is available to discuss any changing concerns with family members. Caregivers are always given the time off they need to attend to their own family's needs and have a great work/life balance. I'm honored to work with such an honest family run company.
