Incredibly compassionate and transparent caregiving company that is dedicated not only to their clients but to their caregivers as well. Magnificare, LLC is constantly assessing their care plans to fit the client's changing needs and is available to discuss any changing concerns with family members. Caregivers are always given the time off they need to attend to their own family's needs and have a great work/life balance. I'm honored to work with such an honest family run company.

Magnificare is an excellent company to work for they are very well organized. Everything from utilizing payment systems for direct deposits, to having the latest app for tracking your time. On my first day working with a new client the owner Ryan personally came over to assist with my orientation and ensured I was comfortable in my new job. The office manager is always responsive and helpful when it comes to any issues with scheduling. I'm grateful to work with this team of people
