We used Magnificare for my Dad. For a terrible situation we felt very relieved and comfortable with having them there. The caregivers were professional and very caring. It’s difficult to bring someone into your home but we trusted them. Ryan was great and having a schedule with times and who was coming was extremely helpful. They always came on time. There was an unexpected time we needed unscheduled help. Ryan showed up and even cooked for my Mom & Dad. Giving my Mom a well needed break. I would use Magnificare and definitely recommend them. Honesty and transparent on patient's conditions before assignments, it's important so caregivers can properly prepare mentally/physically. The team relays effective communication , considerate, supportive and able to address concerns that may arise. Team always emphasizes quality of patient care and to follow ethical standards and be professional.
