Magnificare LLC was the best place to work. Very easy to work with. They really care about their employee and their clients. And for working over a decade as a caregiver they are the only one who paid me on time. Good pay too. I enjoyed working with them.

The first sign on how i know I'm in good hands. Honesty and transparent on patient's conditions before assignments, it's important so caregivers can properly prepare mentally/physically. The team relays effective communication , considerate, supportive and able to address concerns that may arise. Team always emphasizes quality of patient care and to follow ethical standards and be professional.
